_ A RESOLUTION, TRANSFERRING APPROPRIATIONS WITHIN
FUNDS FOR FISCAL YEAR 199b-97
1. ORS 294.450(1) authorizes transfers of appropriations within a given fund when
authorized byofficial resolution of the Ciry Council, providing that said resolution states the need for
- he transfer,; the purpose for .the authorized expenditure, and the amount of the appropriation
transferred.
Now, therefore, #-
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCII. OF THE CITY.OF CENTRAL POINT,
OREGON, AS FOLLOWS:
Section I. $10,000 shalt be transferred from the Contingency category in the Street Fund
~ta the ProfessionaUContract item in the Material and Services category in .the Street Fund. This
- : transfer is.needed to cover additional expenditures for professional services experienced by the City
for'.contractug out City Engineering Services during the absence ofa Public Works Director,,and for
profes"sionaUcontract services during the New Year's 1997 flood event (Batter Construction).
