RESOLUTION NO. 799
A RESOLUTION UPHOLDING THE APPROVAL OF A
TENTATIVE PLAN FOR QUAIL MEADOWS SUBDIVISION
(Applicant: Suncrest Homes, LLC)
(37 2W 10BB Tax Lot 500)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CENTRAL
POINT, OREGON, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Nature of Application and Procedural Background.
This is an application for approval of a tentative plan for a 16-
lot subdivision in an R-1-10 district of Central Point, Oregon.
The Planning Commission reviewed the application and tentative
plan at _a duly-noticed public hearing on July 15, 1997. The
tentatw.e~_plan was.. approved..in .Planning._~Commission,;_Reso:lution No.
:. ,389'. By letter received on July 22, 1997, Lucile Holmes ,
requested the City Council review the Planning Commission's
decision. The City Council held a duly-advertised hearing to
review the Planning Commission decision at its City Council
meeting of August 21, 1997. The City Council reviewed the
application and staff report, and heard testimony from all
persons wishing to speak on the issue.
Section 2. Approval Upheld. The City Council hereby
upholds and reaffirms the Planning Commission approval for Quail
Meadows. Subdivision, subject to the conditions attached to
Planning Commission Resolution No. 389, marked Exhibit "A".
Passed by the Council and si ned by me in authentication of
