HomeMy WebLinkAboutCouncil Resolution 841RESOLUTION NO. ~_ A RESOLUTION AMENDING VARIOUS CONSTRUCTION PERMIT FEE SCHEDULES BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CENTRAL POINT, OREGON, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The City of Central Point Building Department Building Valuation Data and Fee Schedule, is hereby amended as shown on Exhibit "A", which. is attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, effective upon passage of this resolution. Section 2. The City of Central Point Electrical Permit Fee Schedule is hereby amended as shown on Exhibit "B", which is attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Such amended fee schedule shall be in effect retroactively starting on October 1, 1998. Section 3. The City of Central Point Manufactured Dwelling Permit Fee Schedule is hereby amended as shown on Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, effective upon passage of this resolution.
