A special inspection will he required frn• each tenant to work out the requirements of the building code. Tim Fihn, 1801 McKenzie Drive, stated that he would be doing a service only type of business, and that there is a real need for that here in the Rogue Valley. Commissioner Lunte, made a motion to adopt Resolution Number 515, approving the Site Plan subject to the recommended conditions of approval. Commissioner Foster seconded the motion. ROLL CALL: Motion passed unanimously. 13. Introduction of the Draft Conceptual Development Plan for Scenic Neighborhood Housing, Commercial Rezoning and Street Design and Improvements. The subject properties are located south of Scenic Avenue, west of North Tenth Street, North of Victoria Way and East of Griffin Creek in an area currently zoned R-I-8, Residential Single Family; R-2, Residential Trro Family; and C-I Neighborhood Convenience Shopping. Mr. Humphrey introduced the plan and asked the Commission for suggestions on which of the three options were the best and which the City should pursue. The Commission decided that option A was the best option to look into more thoroughly. VII. MISCELLANEOUS VIII. ADJOURNMENT Commissioner Lunte made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Commissioner Foster seconded the motion. ROLL CALL: motion passed unanimously. Meeting adjourned at 8:35 p.m.
