Home My WebLink AboutCouncil Resolution 605RESOLUTION NO. ~ a-s A RESOLUTION CLASSIFYING ALL TAXES, FEES, CHARGES AND ASSESSMENTS IMPOSED BY THE CITY OF CENTRAL POIIJT WHEREAS, Oregon Laws 1991, Chapter 459, Sections 25-28 and 209-212 allow local governments to pass resolutions classifying all tares, fees, charges and assessments imposed by the local government for the purpose of serving as notice of such classification to interested persons; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CENTRAL POINT, OREGON, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. For purposes of this resolution, "Tax on Property", "Incurred Charge", "Assessment for Local Improvement" and "Exempt Bonded Indebtedness" shall have the same meanings given those terms in Oregon Laws 1991 Chapter 459, Section 210 (to be added to ORS Chapter 310). "Other" means any fee not categorized as either "Tax on Property", "Incurred Charge", "Assessment for Local Improvement", or "Exempt Bonded Indebtedness". Section 2. For purposes of this resolution, all taxes, fees, charges and assessments imposed by the City shall be categorized as either a "Tax on Property", abbreviated herein as "TP", "Incurred Charge", abbreviated herein as "IC", "Assessment for Local Improvement", abbreviated herein as "ALI", "Exempt Bonded Indebtedness", abbreviated herein as "EBI", or "Other".
