A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR
GREEN PARK VILLAGE SUBDIVISION, UNIT N0. 2
(Applicants: Michael Mahar and Louis Mahar)
(37 2W 12C TL 800 and 3100)
Recitals
1. On February 20, 1992, the applicants received preliminary
plat approval for Green Park Village Subdivision, Unit No. 2, and have
now, pursuant to CPMC Chapter 16.12, submitted an application for
final plat approval for such subdivision; and
2. On April 16, 1992, the City Council of the City of Central
Point reviewed said application for final plat approval and received
and reviewed the Public Works Director's staff report thereon.
Now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CENTRAL POINT,
OREGON, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council finds and determines that the final
plat is in substantial conformance with the approved tentative plan,
conditions placed thereon, and applicable ordinances and state law.
Section 2. Applicants have executed a "Subdivision Improvements
Agreement" and have posted cash security for performance of the
obligations set forth in that agreement. Those agreements comply with
the requirements set forth in CPMC 16.12.070 and 16.12.080.
Section 3. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to sign
the final plat on behalf of the City..
