A RESOLUTION GRANTING APPROVAL OF A FINAL PLAT FOR A
MINOR LAND PARTITION ON BURSELL ROAD
(Applicant: Gary Whittle of Pacific Crest Properties, Znc.)

Recitals
1. Gary Whittle of Pacific Crest Properties, Inc., has previously
received tentative plan approval and has now submitted an application for
final plat approval for a minor land partition of a 4.59-acre parcel of
land located on Bursell Road between Pittview Avenue and Libby Street in
the City of Central Point.
2. On April 16, 1992, the City Council of the City of Central Point
reviewed said application for final plat approval and received and reviewed
the Public Works Director's Staff Report thereon.
Now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CENTRAL POINT,
OREGON, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council finds and determines that the final plat
is in substantial conformance with the approved tentative plan and the
conditions placed on the approved tentative plan, as well as all applicable
ordinances and state laws.
Section 2. Parcel 2 of the partitioned property is subject to the
terms of a "Development Agreement" requiring that certain improvements be
made to Bursell Road at such time as subdivision or any other development
of Parcel 2 occurs. Such agreement has been executed by the applicant and
duly recorded with the Jackson County Recorder.
Section 3. Approval is hereby granted to the final plat submitted
herein for a minor land partition of a 4.59-acre parcel on Bursell Road in
the City of Central Point, Oregon. The Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to sign the final plat on behalf of the City.
