AN ORDINANCE SEGREGATING ASSESSMENTS LEVIED
ON PROPERTY FOR THE HOPKINS ROAD WATER
LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, Chapter 11.08 provides for segregating special
assessments levied for local improvements, and
WHEREAS, a petition by the propertyowner has been received
to segregate Tax Lot 1901, 37-2W-11A, now, therefore
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF CENTRAL POINT DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following described property, to wit:
Tax Lot 1901., 37-2W-11A, Code 6-18 was assessed in the sum of
$23,950.98 for the improvement of a 12" water main being Assessment
No. 10 under Ordinance No. 1428, the unpaid portion of which assess-
ment at this time is as follows:

Interest
$1,765.81
Total
$23,321.69.
Section 2. The Council hereby does fix and determine the
amount of the assessment against the division of this property known
as the Kingsland Manor Subdivision as follows:

The Council hereby levies and assesses against the above
property divisions the apportioned and segregated liens.
Section 3. This ordinance being necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public. peace, health and safety of the City of
Central Point, Oregon, based upon a need to impelemnt segregation of
lien to allow closing of real estate sales, second reading is ;hereby
waived, and an emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage by
the Council and approval by the Mayor.

assessment levied and assessed against the above-mentioned properties
be apportioned and segregated and charged against the respective

Application to extend the payment of the assessments levied
against the first above-mentioned property has been made..

Upon the segregation of said assessment, as prayed for in
this petition, your petitioners will file with the City Finance
Director separate applications to pay such segregated assessments
in accordance with the plan now affecting the entire assessment.
