The City of Central Point Building Department Building Valuation Data and Fee Schedule, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A", adopted in Section 8 of Ordinance No. 1781 may be amended from time to time by the City Council by resolution. Section 2. Central Point Municipal Code Section 15.12.340 is hereby amended t;o read as fo.ll_ows: 15_12_340 Permits--Plumbina_worlc. No person shall perform plumbing or drainage work or install or replace plumbing or drainage work or install or. replace plumbing or drainage fixtures in any building or on any premises without a plumbing permit. Said fee schedule shall be effective upon passage of this ordinance, and may be amended from time to time by the City Council by resol.uti.on. Section 4. Said fee schedule shall be effective upon passage of this ordinance, and may be amended from time to time by the City Council by resolution. Section 5. Based nn the necessity of the various fee schedules being placed into effect as soon as possible, an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this ordinance shall take effect immediate.l_v upon passage.
