A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING APPROPRIATIONS WITHIN THE 2003-04 BUDGET
THE CITY OF CENTRAL POINT RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Because of the circumstances stated below, the Mayor and City Council
of the City of Central Point determine that it is necessary to transfer
appropriations as follows:
Utility
To: Materials and Services -Materials
Materials and Services -Water
$ 50,000
70 000
From: Capital Outlay- Materials
$120,000
The first appropriation covers additional cost associated with water maintenance this fiscal year.
The Public Works Department has been placing most of their effort on maintenance and not on
capital construction. The second appropriation covers increased costs associated with both
additional water as well as more costly water than originally anticipated.
