RESOLUTION NO ~ ~~`~{ ~~' A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE ANNEXATION OF 19.56 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED ON THE WEST OF TABLE ROCK ROAD AND NORTH OF AIRPORT ROAD INTO THE CITY OF CENTRAL POINT, OREGON {Applicant{s}: Hamlin Properties II, LLC, dba Table Rock Business Park, LLC (37 2W 12B; Tl.~ 800, 900 & 902} Jeannie Savage (37 2W 12B; TL 901) BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CENTRAL POINT, OREGON, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Application has been made by the owners of certain real property for annexation into the City of Central Point, Oregon. The property consis# of four tax lots and rand right--af-way totaling approximately 19.56 acres. TFte property to be annexed is mare particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a paint for the Southeast corner of Donation Land Claim No. 56 in Township 37 South, Range 2 West of the Willamette Meridian in Jackson County, Oregon; said paint being on the City of Central Point boundary; thence North 89°53'00" West along the Southerly boundary of said Donation Land Claim No. 56, a distance of 757.40 feet to the Northwest corner of tract described as Parcel One per lnstnztrient Na. 99-63617 of the Deed Records of said Jackson County, thence along the boundary of said tract, South 00°09'30" East (Record SOUTH} 200.00 feet; thence South 43°30'00" East 470.00 feet; thence South 49°30'00" East 262.60 feet; thence South 89°47'00" East 598.62 feet (Record 598.2 feet), to the Southeast corner of tract described per Instrument No. 80-12139 said Deed Records; thence continue South 89°47'00" East 252.50 feet to a paint on the centerline of Table Rock Road; thence North 00°03'00" East along said centerline, 713.47 feet to a point on the Northerly boundary of Donation Land Claim Na. 58 said Township and Range; thence North 89°SO' 10" West (Record North 89°53' West) clang said Northerly boundary, 618.10 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Containing 19.56 acres, more or less. The above t~escribecl property is not within the City o~f Central Poirih Current corporate laounctaries, but is contiguous to the Citys existing corporate boundary and i rNithin the Central Point lJrban Growth Boundary ~UGE3). Secfiton _2. The owners of the property proposed for annexation are Har7~lirt Proper~tiesll, LLC and Jeannie Savage, and there is mutual content to fine annexation. Such written consent is on file al Central Point City !-loll, 1 r~5 Soufih Second Strec:fi, Central Print, Oregon. Section 3. ©RS 222,12,`a provides that when all of the owners of land in the territory proposed for annexafiion and not less tan 50°% of the electors residing in such territoy have consenfied in writing to the annexation of the land in the territory and file such written nonsent with the City Council, the property may be ar~rnexed tivithout the requirementforan eiecfiion or a public hearing. Section ~f, Annexation of the described property is consistent with the C~itys ability tee provide facilities and services to the real property„ as required by the Citys C©mprehensivo Plan.
