HomeMy WebLinkAboutCouncil Resolution 997BRESOLUTION NO,~ ~ A RESOLUTION AFFIRMING CITY PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 601 GRANTING TENTATIVE PLAN APPROVAL FORA 96-LOT SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS BLUE GRASS DOWNS (Applicant(s): Duncan Developruent, LLC) (36 2W 35DD, Tax Lots 1200 & 1300) WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 601 on November 4, 2003 tentatively approving a 96-lot subdivision known as Bluegrass Downs; and WIIEREAS, that approval was contingent upon the City Council's adoption of a zone change to R-1-8, Residential Single Family (8,000 sq. ft. minimum lots); and WFIEREAS, that approval was further subject to the conditions set forth in the Planning Department Recommended Conditions of Approval and the Public Works Staff Report; and WHEREAS, the applicant, Duncan Development, LLC has agreed to the aforementioned conditions of approval; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CENTRAL POINT, OREGON that Planning Commission Resolution No. 601 is hereby affirmed, granting tentative plan approval fora 96-lot subdivision and park site on property now zoned R-1-8, Residential Single Family.
