A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE ADOPTED BUDGET
FOR FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2000 TO JUNE 30, 2001
WHEREAS, ORS 294.450 (1} authorizes the transfer of appropriations within a given
fund and requires that the governing body adopt a resolution stating the need for the transfer, the
purpose of the authorized expenditure, and the amount of the appropriation transferred; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Equipment Rental Fund needs to incur additional
expenditures for capital equipment not anticipated by the 2000-2001 Adopted Budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CENTRAL POINT, OREGON, for the purpose of being in compliance with Oregon Budget
Law, that the following budget transfer is hereby authorized:
1) Transfer of $20,000 in the Public Works Equipment Rental Fund (92), from
Materials and Services to Capital Outlay.
