RM ULAR MEETING
DECEMBER 30, 1968
Members Present: Cox, Langston, Novosad, George, & Bruce.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
1 . Public Hearing for Conditional Use Permit for property at
325 and 329 I.. Pine Street, to allow a printing business: "North-
west Printed Circuits".
There being no one present to oppose the issue, a motion was made
by Langston to allow this permit as requested. 2nd by Novosad.
2. George Johns presented a request for a fence variance for a
residence on Rachel Drive. He wishes to erect a fence, 5' to 51- ' high
across the front portion of the yard at the setback line. A motion
was made by Langston to allow this variance. 2nd by George, Motion
Carried.
3. Mr. Michael Campbell, 140 Bigham Drive, requesting a variance to
place a fence between his property and his neighbor, Mr. Shepard, 940 Oak
Street. Both parties are in agreement about the fence but the property
line is not the required distance of 5' from the building. A motion was
made by Novosad to allow the variance. 2nd by George. Motion Carried.
4. Chairman Cox advised it was tine to elect a new Chairman.
Mr. Bill Langston was nominated for Chairman.
A motion was made and seconded to close the nominations.
Mr. Langston was elected by a unanimous vote.
A motion was made by Novosad to adjourn. ?_nd by George.
Motion Carried.
