HomeMy WebLinkAboutFebruary 12, 1968 221, PLANNING COtgVIISSICN February 12, 1968 SPECIAL MEETING 7:30 P.M. Members Present: Jantzer, Taylor, Cox, Langston, Novosad, Bruce, & Mason. Meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Lew Cox, at 7:30 P.M. Plans were paresnted for a Shopping Center, to be placed on the North- East Corner of Pine Street and Iii 11 y 99. Everything would be moved from this block with the exception of the Phillips 66 Service Station and the Corner Club. The :Shopping Center would face Highway 99 and would have the Loading docks facing on First Street. This plan showed plenty of parking area for the amount of the business buildings, and was planned with easy entrance and exit. Garbage disposal was planned so there would not be a problem to the City. A Motion was made by Jantzer to accept this plan, since all codes were conformed to, and present to the Council with their approval. Meeting declared adjourned at 7:50 P.hi. Norman Bruce, Sec.
