REGULAR MEETING
December 27, 1966
Present: Cox, Tonn, Langston, Hovosed, Bruce & Jantzer.
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman., Lew Cox, at 7:30 P.M.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Public Hearing on the request of Rodney Hall to build a 4-plex on Lot 2
Block 36 of the Criginal Town of Central Point.
As there was no one present to object to this request, a motion was made by
Tonn to send this to the City Council for approval. 2nd by Langston.
Motion Carried.
Recuest of Hilda All.sup, 319 W. Fine Street, to operate an Antique shop
in her home. A motion was made by Novosad to accept this request. 2nd by
Langston. Motion carried.
A letter was read from Mr. Myron Corcoran, concerning a sewer line which
was put in by Mr. Corcoran and which will be used b; Mr. Meade for his
subdivision. Mr. Corcoran wishes reimbursement for a share of the costs
from Mr. Meade. This was considered to be not Planning Commission business
and was referred back to the Council for further study.
A discussion concerning; the disposal of leaves within the City. As there
are no definite rules for this disposal, a motion was made by Jantzer to
table this question for the present. 2nd by Langston. Motion carried.
A request for a variance to allow a 2' fence to be placed to the curb line
at the front of the residence of 212 Victoria ray. Motion was made by Jantzer r
to deny this request. 2nd by Langston. Motion carried.
A discussion of the problems of Dog Control in the City. It is felt that
the County Dog Control is net satisfactory in keeping dogs under control in
the City. It is requested to refer this subject to the Council for .further
study.
As there -was no further business, a motion was made by Tonn to adjourn.
2nd by Jantzer. Motion Carried. 8: 10 P.M.
