PLANNING COMMISSION
REGULAR MEETING '
Sept, 27, 1966
Present: Cox, Langston, Novosad, Noel, Jantzer, and Bruce.
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Lewis Cox at 7:40 P.M.
The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Mr. Romine presented preliminary plat plans for the Regal Terrace Sub-
division, A Letter of 9-12-66, to the City from Mr. Warren, concerning
his study of the Plans, was read and discussed by the commission.
Motion was made by Noel, 2nd by Jantzer, to accept the preliminary plat
plans for phase one, 18 lots; provided lot sizes, sewer and water lines,
storm drains, catch basins, etc., meet City requirements and approval.
And also that subdivider agrees to a pro—rata sharing of costs of sewer
and pump station requirements and improvements. Motion Carried.
Meeting adjourned by the Chairman Cox at 8: 18 P.M.
