RFGULAR MEETING
AUGUST 31 , 1966
Present: Cox, Tonn, Langston, Novosad, Noel, Bruce.
Meeting was called to order by the Chainnan, I.ew Cox.
Minutes of the previous meetinc were read anc approved.
The Germann plans were presented for Signature, but as no ink was
available, plans were left to he signed.
Mr. Lyn Dodson, wishing to build a frame building on the property of the
Central Point Plywood, to be used as a storage building. After a discussion
of the building code for this area, a motion was made to table this dis-
cussion until further information could be obtained. Motion by Tonn, 2nd
by Langston. Motion Carried.
Mr. Romine requesting approval for the development of 18 lots. Motion
%,as made for tentative approval, pending the approval of the City I,ngineer
of the Sewer, V-1ater, Catch Basins, etc. Notion by Noel, 2nd by Novosad.
Motion Carried.
Request by Clifford Friesen to move a 1,-unit Apartment onto property he
owns on Amy Street. Motion was made not to pass on this recuest for reason
of lack of evidence that building meets the requirements of the fire code.
Reno Cffutt requests permission to build a fence extending onto City Pro-
perty for purpose of protecting landscaping from unnecessary darral-e, at
the corner of Front and kanzanita Ctreet. Motion made to a] low this fence.

As there was no further business for discussion, a Motion made by Tonn to
adjourn. 2nd by Langston. ;lotion carried.
Meeting declared adjourned by the Chairman, Lew Cox.
