SPECIAL MEETING

Meeting called to order by the chairman, L. Cox, at 12:00 Noon.
Members present: Cox, Tonn, Noel, Jantzer, Langston, Novosad, & Bruce.
CRATER CONVALESCENT HOSPITAL. Plans discussed by Dr. Rutter on the
proposed extension to present hosiptal, to be called, Crater Convalescent
Hospital.
Motion by noel, seconded by Tonn, to tentatively approve the plans sub-
mitted by Dr. Nutter. Motion unanimously carried.
Zander property variance request. Motion tabled on requested variance
t on Zander property until an "on—site" inspection can be made.
Meeting adjourned at 12: 15 P.M. by Chairman L. Cox.
