SPECIAL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING August 12, 1963
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P. M. by acting chairman,
Keith Williams. The minutes of July 30, 1963 were read and approved.
Members present: . Lovejoy, Williams, Noel, and Jantzer.
This Public Hearing was held on the Ed Vincent duplex plot on E. Pine.
No persons came to object to the duplex change. Motion made by Noel,
second by Lovejoy that we accept this multiple duplex on the Vincent
property. Motion carried.
A letter with a signed petition was presented by Vernon Capps asking
for permission to open a fishing tackle store at 636 Oak St. Motion
by Lovejoy, second by Noel that we accept the above proposed state-
ment with a sign limited to 500 square inches attached to the place
of business. Motion carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 P. M. by acting chairman, Keith
Williams.
