The meeting was- called to order at 7:30.by our chairman, Harry Tonn.
The minutes of February 26, 1963 were read and approved.
Members present: Williams, Ayres, Tonn, Noel and Jantzer.
A public hearing was held on lot 4, Cooksey addition. There were no
objections. "
A plan was submitted to remodel. the old building at the alley, facing 2nd
st,(west side) into a duplex. 'An on 'site meeting to check the location ,
parking problems, etc. will be held at 5:00 Friday 29, •1963.
A petition was submitted by Prank Koch with names of people adjacent to
his property in block 18, Original Town. He wants lots J,2,8,9, block 18
changed to commercial zone. The names on the petition eill .be checked
before further action.
A recommendation is made by the Planning commission to have the mayor
appoint the Planning Commission members and their staggard 1,2 and, 3 year
terms
A discussion came up concerning annexing the property north of Mazama
street. They want to come in mainly to get city water.
