The meeting was opened at 7:15 P.M. Lovejoy moved ', second by Smock, that the Planning Commission recommend to the City Council that the buildings at 233 Alder, 48 No. 2nd. St . ,on Oak between 3rd. and lath. Sts . ,ard the two'�stcry house on the N.W. corner. o£ 5th and Laurel,be condemned because of hazardous conditions. Motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 7:23 P.M. Members absent : Bianconi , .Noel. The meeting was opened at 7:35 P:M. by Chairman Dale Bartley. T,iinutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. There were no communications. , Harry Tonn reported that he is awaiting for a plat of the City property at Haskell and Pine so we can start on some sort of plan for a. park. There was a discussion of various sub-division ordinances, particularly in regard to water and sewer lines , and requirements for each. Bartley and Smock are to draw up a tentative plan for, water and sewer requirements in proposed sub-divisions to be presented to the Planning Commission as soon as possible.
