HomeMy WebLinkAboutNovember 10, 1958 CENTRAL POINT PLANNING COMMISSION Nov. 10, 1958 9` Mason-present Colley-present Bowers-present Noel-present Obenchain-present Lovejoy-present The meeting was called to order by Freeman Mason at 7:30 P:M. and the minutes to the previous meeting were read and approved. Under new business; Mr. Petterson from Klamath Falls was referred to the Planning Commission in regards to an extension to Howard Cooper Corp. No plans were submitted but inform- ation was requested as to what type of building would pass our present fire code in Zone III and if his building would pass. It was suggested that we investigate further and have an answer ready at a later date. Later in the meeting it was suggested that Mr. Petterson submit a complete set of plans and specifications. A tentative plot plan from a subdivision called Agate Extension No. 2 was submitted by Bud Hoover. Motion by Lovejoy, second by Bowers that we accept tentative plat as submitted. Motion carried. A Plan for a new incinerator was submitted by Paulson Thrift Market to replace the old one. Due to the proposed location the plans were tabled until something could be worked out.
