Mr. Ed. Brown and brother, Pine Street, Central Point ,
requested this body to approve their stuccoing the front of
both of their buildings.
It is the recommendation of the planning commission that they
be permitted to' do 'so, with the recommendation that the ginger-
bread be removed from the front of said building.
It is also the planning commissions recommendation that the
City of Central Point Fire Marshall investigate said buildings
before this work is done.
