Roll call of membership brought responses as recorded above.
There being a quorum present, President Kincaid opened the
meeting at 7:45 P.M.
Reading of minutes of the last regular meeting of Feb. 11
were dispensed with for this meeting because of pressing
new business. Robert E. McIntyre presenting final plat of
Gold. Ray Subdivision-Unit #1, for General Development Co.
(It should be noted for the minutes of record that no
preliminary plat of this subdivision was presented and that
this commission has acted upon this final plat principally
because conditions prescribed by County Fn.aineer Rynning
have been incorporated. ) After close scrutiny for road
widths , the cul de sac of Hardy Way, lot sizes, etc. , the
general membership expressed approval and Commissioner Krupp
offered a motion: That the final plat of Gold Ray Subdivision
Unit #1, be approved and that the President and Secretary
of the Commission be authorized to affix their signatures
as prescribed by law. Second to the motion was by Commissioner
Lovejoy and the vote was unanimous for approval. The presi-
dent and the Secretary thereupon placed their signatures and
the plat became of record. The plat is annotated "Exhibit
A" , meeting of June 17, 1957" .
a Next business was reading of a petition for "Improvement"
being a petition instigated by Carl T. Nelson begging
vacation of a portion of an alley lying north and south
between Pine Street on the North and an unnamed dedicated
alley on the South. The petition was discussed, but tables
for further study and possible action at a later meeting.
There being no other business, old or new, Commissioner
Obenchain moved to adjourn, seconded by Commissioner Mason,
and carried. $:35 P.M.
