Special meeting of Planning Commission August 3 , 1953 .

Meeting called to order at $.25 PM for the special purpose of acting
upon the petition for structural alteration of 146 Cedar Street to
make of that building a two family dwelling or in the nomenilature
of the day, a "duplex", where upon the property would become 146
and 148 Cedar Street. Objectors were called upon but none answered
the call and rho favorable 'opinions were voiced from within the
commission. herefore, in keeping with and pursuant to Section 1,
sub-heading "zone 1", : provision #2, the Commission by voice vote
approved the petition upon motion of Commissioner Joe Krupp, seconded
by Commissioner Irvin Maier. Carried by unanimous voice vote.
The Commission having thereby acted upon the business which it
was called to consider and no other business being presented, motion
to adjourn was made by Commissioner Maier, seconded by Commissioner
Joe Krupp, and carried. $:33 PM.
