Roll call showed all members except Waterman present. Minutes of the last meeting, that of ,October 27,1952, were read and approved without change or correction. Old matters of business were then called for.None being pre-:._: i. seated, now business was then laid upon the table. First matter was the matter for which this special meeting was called . to consider.This was the Rainbow Gardens" Subdivision plat brought by Robert E. 1�IcIntyre in the name of Paul G . Antony, Melody C. Antony and Robert E. McIntyre, as owners and sub- .. dividers. After due examination.- the motion was made::.by_J.oe Krupp that the plat be approved for record;motion was seconded by VJm. Askwith. The motion carried.Th plat was then duly signed and the matter closed. Leland L. Dysinger then presented a petition requesting transfer of the South hali .of lots 1-2-3 of block 3.This is a proposal requested„to permit es tablishment .,of a: pumperepair headquarters and shop for repair of same. A graet deal of dis- cussion was carried on with objections as to establishment of ' precedent, question as to advisability of spotting business district areas within the residential district.The final result of the discussion was a motion by Irvin Maier that the .matter be tabled to permit further study on matters of occupandey, building, use restrictions, etc : The motion was seconded by Joe Krupp. The motion carried. .
