The meeting was called to order by Presideht Bigham.
Roll call was taken, showing as follows:
Bigham - present Waterman - present
Askwith- present Dysinger - present
Maier - present Edwards - present

Minutes of meeting of November 26 ,1951 were 'read and
unanimously approved without change or addition.
Old business matters brought up for discussion included
the recommendation of November 26 meeting concerning street'
widths. Mayor Burelson was present in exofficio capacity2
assured the Commission that the points presented in Commissioner
Maier' s motion were presented to the Council in regular meeting
after November 26, and were well accepted as supporting
Council policy.Also included in old business was a discussion
of action following the Commission' s motion to deny City
utilities to properties outside the- corporate city limits.
The body was advised by Recorder Pinkham that the City of
Medford gave written notice to the City of Central Point in. the
form of respectful request that no water connects be made to
property outside the Central Point limits.
New business was then brought forward. Mr. K.C. Wernmark
appeared with a verbal presentation of his plan to build
multiple dwelling units on property owned by him on Seventh St.
between Oak and Pine Streets.
His plan consists basically of 26 dwelling units in a.
single compact U shaped building. He states -that he has app-
roximately 34,000 square foot lot area. While he does not require
definite approval of zoning change to allow this particular
construction, he does ask assurance of prospective action to
allow non-conforming use of an area in the Residential Zone.
After extended discussion of the problem,J. Krupp moved
that the matter be tabled until -special meeting to 'be held at
7:30 pm Tuesday , Febuary 5,19527 -motion seconded by Maier.
The motion carried, with suggestion by chairman Bigham that each
Commissioner endeavor in the interim-.to view the property in
question, to visualize the construction planned by Mr. Wernmark.
Motion was made by Waterman, seconded by Krupp, that the
meeting adjourn.. The motion carried. 10:50 pm.
