Movnd by Mr.- Maier'- that the CoMM1.sqion recommend to the
Common Council that all 80 foot 'streets be re-�ained. as such. with-
the Provision that t)arkways of 12 ft, width oh each side. iric-lud-
inr, ft. sidewalks- adjou'l,ninr the Droperty' line in that"12 ft.
be"nrovi0ed for. leaving street, an -02tual s eet widtK* of 56 ft.,, curb
to curb. And that this decision, if approved , be adhered to so
that future needs may be met by widening any such street to any
further Part, or all, of the 80 ft. street as now is the case.

virons of Central Point, esppcinlly the decisions necessary con-
cerninrr city utilities and the necessary osts arising from those installa-
tions , and consideration of all benefits and liabilities accuring
to the City through developments of those subdivisions and their-
accentance. motion was made b.y Waterman that the Commission shall
-recommend to the Common Council that no city -utilities be Provided
or nermJtAcd to n-ny rronerty outside the Citv lirnits.Second by
Askwith, the motion carried.
