Meeting of Planning Commission January 29,1951
The meeting was called to order by Vice President Maier
Watermanf Burelson, Dysinger, T.R, Krupp,, Les Bigham and Maier
answering roll calls
Nominations were opened for officers for the coming.-year. .
Lea Bigham was nominated for President, :3Ioved by.-Dysinger
Wand second by' Waterman the nominations for President be closed
and a ballot be east .for Bigham. The motion, carried.
The sq*3 for Waterman .for Vice President. The motion was
made by •Ma.ier and second by Krupp.
The same for Dysinger for Secret ary.The motion was by •Burelson
and second -by Waterman* .The motion carried.
The motion was made by Dysinger that the .Planni'ng Commission
recommend that the application of Cheney Forrest.Products
pond to be built •on .site of present plant be rejected on
basis of information presented with the applications conditions
of possible Unsanitary c.onditione, safetyo congestion etc.
are cited.Second by Maier. The motion carried .
Under- terms of Planning Commission- new members appointed drew
straws -to determine the lengW,,of term in office.
