MEETING CALLED TO ORDER Chairman Chuck Piland called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. H. ROLL CALL Commissioners present were Chuck Piland, Jan Dunlap, Lloyd Governor, and Karolyn Johnson. Also present were George Rubaloff, Planning Administrator, Larry Blanchard, Public Works Director and Sandy Lommel, Administrative/Planning Secretary In. MINUTES A. Review and approval of November 15 1994 Planning Commission Minutes Dunlap made a motion to approve the minutes as presented. Governor ' seconded. Roll Call: Dunlap, yes; Governor; Johnson, abstain. V. PUBLIC APPEARANCES Chairman Piland opened the meeting to the public. No one came forward. VI. BUSINESS A. Review and determination regarding a Final Plat Application for o m side Village Phase H located north of Hopkins Road in the general vicin& of Bri rwood Drive (Applicant: Terry Buntin) Rubaloff outlined the amendment to the previously approved plans and stated that the change is consistent with the approved Tentative Plan. He also stated that all conditions were either met or have been secured with a bond. Herb Farber came in at 7:07 p.m. Boutin outlined the project and came forward to answer any questions. Johnson made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 310 approving the Final Plat. Governor seconded. Roll Call: Dunlap, yes; Farber, yes; Governor, yes; Johnson, yes. Review and recommendation of Minor Text Amendment relating to CPMC 17.72.020 Site Plan Approval Rubaloff outlined the background to this amendment. Farber made a motion recommending approval of the amendment. Johnson seconded. Roll Call: Dunlap, yes; Farber, yes; Governor, yes; Johnson. VII. MISCELLANEOUS None VIII. ADJOURNMENT Farber made a motion to adjourn. Dunlap seconded. All members present were in favor and stated Aye. The meeting was adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
