ROLL CALL - Those present were: Chuck Piland, Jan Dunlap, Herb Farber, Candy Fish, Lloyd Governor, and Karolyne Johnson. Also present were George Rubaloff, Planning Administrator, Paul Worth, Public Works Technician, and Cecelia Gordon, Public Works Secretary. Randy Graves was not present. III. CORRESPONDENCE - None IV. MINUTES Commissioner Johnson moved that the minutes of October 4, 1994 be approved as written. Commissioner Dunlap seconded the motion. Roll Call 1 Vote: Dunlap, yes; Farber, yes; Fish, abstain, Governor, yes; and Johnson, yes, and the Minutes were approved. V. PUBLIC APPEARANCES - None VI. BUSINESS A. Review and determination by Resolution No. 306. regarding Final Plat Aulication for Land Partition located on the south side of Hookins Road near Bursell Road (Aoolicant• Ann McKibben) Chairperson Piland opened the business portion of the meeting. Herb Farber declared a conflict of interest as surveyor for the applicant, and took a seat in the audience. George Rubaloff stated that the applicant had given the City a check in the amount of $3,000 for the City to install sanitary sewer and water to the property. MISCELLANEOUS - Commissioner Fish asked about the status of the Habitat for Humanity's Central Point project. George Rubaloff stated that the appeal period was over with no appeals, the variance was granted and the project will probably start in the spring. Also Bill Mansfield, attorney, will be recording the Easement to Deweys in the near future. VIII. ADJOURNMENT Commissioner Fish moved that the meeting adjourn, Commissioner Johnson seconded the motion. All voted aye by voice vote and the meeting adjourned at 7:01 P.M.
