Report dated July 5, 1995, including his findings on minimum required fire flow
adequate number of fire hydrants, installation and maintenance of Fire
Protection and Life Safety Systems and Fire Department Access. He stated
that the existing north driveway access to the rear parking lot is 12'4" but
could meet the general intent of fire code if the graveled area is kept free of
vehicular parking at all times, and suggested that some type of low profile
landscaping to discourage parking along that route. He also stated that the full
length of that drive should be posted "Fire Lane - No Parking".
Craig Hartle, Manager Rogue Valley Medical Center, Medford, Oregon agent
for applicant Rogue Valley Medical Center, came forward in support of the site
plan. Mr. Hartle said that he had reviewed the conditions in the Staff Reports
