May 23, 1973 at 7:30 P.M.
The Planning Commission met in called Special Session at 7:30 P.M. on May 23,
1973 by Chairman Cal Bowers. Members present were: Bradshaw, McManama,
Damon, Hull, Mayes, Wegs and Banks; with member Zieser absent.
The subject matter was the Multiple Dwelling to be located at 4th and Alder
Streets, Central Point Development Company.
Member Damon moved we approve the plans of Central Point Development Company
for the proposed 20-unit apartments at 4th and Alder Streets subject to com-
pliance with all local and state codes.
The motion carried with all members in favor.
Hull made a motion to table the Paulsen and Gates request on the proposed
project at 2nd and Pine Streets until we receive a complete set of plans;
motion seconded by Bradshaw. Motion carried. (Sentry Square Developers)
