Special Meeting
April 25, 1973
The Planning 'Commission met in called "special session" at 3:30 P.M. this
date, by Chairman Cal Bowers.
The subject was the plan check of Greenbriar Terrace Mobile Community Rec-
reation Building. Members present were Mayes, Damon, Banks and Bowers.
This was a review to determine the application of Harry Elmore doing business
as Greenbriar Terrace Mobile Community; the specific question relating to
the recreation center. The plans and specifications were reviewed by members
present along with the engineering report. After some discussion a motion was
made by Member Mayes, seconded by Member Damon to approve Greenbriar Recreation
Plans and Specifications: Motion carried by unanimous vote.
As a matter of 'record, subject matter above having come before the Review
Board under Ordinance #1068 shall be as an agenda item of the Planning
Commission Meeting May 15, 1973.
Meeting adjourned at 4:00 P.M.
