26, 1971 was not an official meeting because of lack of a quorum.
Members present were Ilull, Burton, Novasad and Chairman Backes. The meeting
did consist of an informal discussion of Agenda items, however.
1. Browning application Robert L. Browning, 611 East Pine Street
for a Conditional User Permit to permit the construction of a
residential unit owner-occupied apartment) on C-3 Zoned piece
of property located at that address.
It was decided by those present that a Special Meeting would be called for
October 27, 1971 at 6:00 P.M. , (Wednesday) to handle this item.
2. Cramer inquiry to build duplex on C-3 Zoned property with 50'
frontage instead of required 60' - property located on north
side of Oak Street near 5th Street.
Because of no quorum, this Commission will request he be present at the next
regularly scheduled meeting with a plot of the proposed construction before
any decision is made.
The next discussion before the members.-present was a continuation of consider-
s ation of a "Bikeway Program in the City". It was suggested it would be help-
ful if an invitation were extended to Don Stathos to meet with the Commission
at a future date as he has been involved in Medford and statewide with this
type of development.
Letter received from Mrs. Rivenburg to the City Council relative to parking
trailers and mobile homes on residential lots referred by that body October
12, 1971) would be an item of careful consideration and a review of existing
ordinances to be made. It was felt that perhaps modifications are in order.
No other discussion- members adjourned.
