REGULAP MEETING
DECEMBER 29, 1970
Members Present: Langston, George, McManama, Novosad, Hull, and Backes.
Mr. Hutton, City Administrator, was also present.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Mr. Tom Malot, building contractor, presented plans for building four-pl.ex
Apartment house at the corner of Loth Street and Ash Street, on the
South East Corner, and requesting a variance for an extra curb cut for
parking area off Lath Street. Each Unit would have 2 parking spaces
instead of the required 1? spaces. A'1sb requested..a':variance for the
parking area.
Chairman Langstcn suggested an "Gn-sight" inspection of the area before
making a final. decision. Time for this inspection was set for 8:00 A.M.
Thursday, December 31 , 1970. Mr. Malot will be notified of the decision
and a special meeting will be set at a later time.
The following time was used for discussion of the growth of the City,
present and future, and some of the possible problems to be dealt with
in the future.
As there was no further business to be presented at this time, a motion
was made by McManama to adjourn. 2nd by George. Motion Carried.
