The Grays can propert. from the corner of 4th Street and Alder Street. tc the comer of 3rd Street and Alder Street. Having sold the bdesterly half cf the property, the building would be severed amd repaired, but they would need the use of all the building tc the property line. There was no one present to voice o'njection to this variance. The Hearing was declared closed. A motion was made by Novosad to grant the Variance, te. allow the re- ma'_'-ningportion of said building to rest on the property line. 2nd by Hull . Miotion Carried. 2. Dale Bartley, 920 F]. Pine Street, Central Point, was present to explain his application to remodel his existing carport into a Meat- cutting room, with a cold room and freezing area. T}�i_s wonid only be for ouantity sales for halves, cuarters, and family packs. The prop- erty is nova zoned C-h, 'Tourist Commercial , anc would need a change of zoning. After a lengthy discussion it was decided tc call fcr a Public Hearing, tc be held at the next regular meeting of the Planning Commission, July 27, 1971 . tr.
