Section 2. TheownerofthepropertyproposedforannexationisBoiseCaseadeCorporation, and there is mutual consent to the annexation. Such written consent is on file at Central Point City 1ia11,155 South Second Street, Central Point, Oregon. Section3.ORS 222.125 provides that when all oftheowners ofland in the territoryproposed for annexation and not less thazi 50% of the electors residing in such territory have consented in writing to the annexation of the land in the territory and file such written consent with the Cily Council, the property may be atuxcxed without the requirement for an election or a public hearing. Section 4. Annexation of the described property is consistent with the City's ability to provide facilities and services to the real property, as required by the City's Comprehensive Plan, e ti n ,~ Pursuant to ORS 222.125, theproperty described in Section 1 above, shall be and hereby is, amiexed to and made part o£the City of Central Point, Oregon. Section G. The City Administrator, or his designee, shall transmit a copy of tlus resolution to the Oregon Secretary of State, and this annexation shall be effective when filed with the Oregon Secretary of State pursuant to ORS. 222.180.
