A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CENTRAL POINT APPROVING 2025-2027 SUPPLEMENTAL
BUDGET #2 FOR PURCHASE/REPLACEMENT OF STREET SWEEPER
RECITALS:
WHEREAS, the City of Central Point (the "City") is a municipal corporation of the State of
Oregon subject to the requirements of Oregon Local Budget Law as set forth in ORS Chapter
294;
WHEREAS, Oregon Municipalities can transfer appropriations between existing
categories during the budget period, and Oregon Municipalities can make one or more
supplemental budgets; and
WHEREAS, this Supplemental Budget requests additional appropriations or adjustments
for the Street Fund for the purchase and replacement of a Street Sweeper that was lost due
to a fire. Total Supplemental Budget changes equal $100,000.
THE CITY OF CENTRAL POINT RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. To amend the 2025-2027 Biennial Budget in the amount of $100,000.
SECTION 2. This Resolution becomes effective immediately upon its passage.
PASSED by the Council and signed by me in authentication of its passage this 27th day of
August, 2026.
