RESOLUTION NO. 2026-02
BEFORE THE CENTRAL POINT DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM CONTINGENCY
TO THE MISCELLANEOUS PUBLIC WORKS EXPENSE IN THE GENERAL FUND
RECITALS:
WHEREAS, the Central Point Development Commission received an invoice from
Jackson County for improvements to access to the Community Center on Penninger
Road, and from DKS, which was coded to Capital Projects in error.
WHEREAS, the invoice amounts were $48,891.69 and $6,366.25 respectively;
WHEREAS, the cost of these projects was not anticipated during the 2025-2026 budget
process; and
WHEREAS, ORS 294.463 provides for the transfer of appropriations within a fund or from
one fund to another by official resolution of the Board of the Commission.
The Central Point Development Commission resolves as follows:
To transfer $60,000 from Contingency Reserve to the General Fund for Miscellaneous
Public Works CIP Expense - $50,000 and to Contract Services Expense - $10,000 in the
General Fund.
PASSED by the Central Point Development Commission and signed by me in
authentication of its passage this 11th day of June 2026.
