A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CENTRAL POINT
UPDATING SIGNERS ON CITY BANK ACCOUNTS
Recitals:
A. In the course of the City of Central Point's ("City") business it establishes relationships
with various banks for purposes including, but not limited to, making payment on
checks issued by the City.
B. Banks with whom the City does business normally requires a City resolution
designating or updating which City officials are authorized to execute checks and
other forms of payment of City funds.
C. Due to the recent retirement of two City officials, City Council desires to update the
City officials that are authorized to execute checks and other forms of payment of
City funds.
The City of Central Point resolves as follows:
Section 1.
To add Taneea Browning, Mayor, Rob Hernandez, Council President, and Rachel
Neuenschwander, City Recorder, as authorized check signers on all City of Central Point
bank accounts as well as remove outgoing Finance Director, Steve Weber, as authorized
check signer on all City of Central Point bank accounts.
Passed by the Council and signed by me in authentication of its passage this 15th day of
May 2025.
