A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE LOWEST QUALIFIED BID FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE PFAFF PARK ELECTRICAL UPGRADE
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT TO T3 ELECTRICAL AND AUTHORIZING THE
CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT.
RECITALS:
A. WHEREAS, the City recently published a solicitation for the lowest bids
for the construction of the Pfaff Park Electrical Upgrade Improvement Project.
B. WHEREAS, the City received three qualified bids.
C. WHEREAS, the lowest bid was submitted by T3 Electrical for
$250,661.79.
The City of Central Point resolves as follows:
Section 1. The City Council hereby accepts the lowest bid from
T3 Electrical for the construction of the Pfaff Park Electrical Improvement Project.
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract and
any related documents necessary to effectuate the acceptance of this award in a
form substantially the same as that included in the specifications.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its
passage and approval.
Passed by the Council and signed by me in authentication of its passage
