A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A SUPPLEMENTAL BU®GET
FOR THE 2010/11 FISCAL YEAR
RECITALS:
A. The City of Central Point's High Tech Crime Unit (HTCU) received an unanticipated
donation of $2,500 from the City of Roseburg, Oregon. This donation was given to the
HTCU for the purpose of purchasing equipment to assist the HTCU in fighting crime.
This is the second unanticipated donation received and added to HTCU budget
appropriations this fiscal year.
B. In the Capital Improvement Fund, the appropriation of $46,000 for debt service is
reclassified from "Developer Obligation" expense line item of $50,000 to a "Transfer
Out" expense line item. This will reduce the Developer Obligation appropriation to
$4,000, and provide for the transfer of $46,000 to the Debt Service Fund for payment on
the Don Jones Park debt service as originally intended during the budget process.
