Third St. Central Point, OR 97502 RE: Termination of Telecommunications System Facilities Dear City Manager: Reference is made to that certain City of Central Point Telecommunications Franchise Agreement Mobilitie, LLC dated August 2, 2017 (the"Agreement") by and between the City of Central Point and Mobilitie, LLC ("Mobilitie"). Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Agreement. Pursuant to Section 2 of the Agreement, Mobilitie hereby provides notice of termination of the Telecommunications System facility listed on Exhibit A attached hereto, with such termination effective September 10, 2020. Mobilitie completed any required removal and restoration work for the Telecommunications System facility listed on Exhibit A. Mobilitie's recurring fee obligation has not commenced for the facility listed on Exhibit A, and upon the termination date, Mobilitie will not be liable for any annual fees.
