Amendment No. 2 to
ECSO User Agreement
This AMENDMENT No. 2 to the ECSO User Agreement dated July 1, 2020 (the "contract")
between Central Point Police Department ("Agency") and Emergency Communications of
Southern Oregon ("ECSO") is effective July 1, 2020.
AMENDMENT
1. Defined terms used but not defined in this Amendment are as defined in the Contract.
2. Exhibit"C" of the Contract is hereby deleted and replaced by Exhibit C attached hereto.
Except as expressly modified by this Amendment, the terms and conditions of the Contract
remain in full force and effect.
