A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TITLE TO 20.88 ACRES
OF PARKLAND FROM JACKSON COUNTY, OREGON
Recitals
1. Jackson County, Oregon, owns 20.88 acres of land within
the Central Point city limits, which land must, by federal
regulations, be used in perpetuity as parkland;
2. Jackson County wishes to transfer the land to the City
of Central Point, as a gif*_, and the City wishes to accept the
gift and develop and maintain it in perpetuity as parkland.
NOW, THEREFORE;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CENTRAL
POINT, OREGON, that the City hereby accepts Jackson County's gift
of 20.88 acres of land, identified as assessor's map T36, R2W,
34D, Tax Lot 240, with the intent to develop such land as city
parkland.
Passed by the Co,}~ncil and gned by me in authentication of
