A RESOLUTION GRANTING APPROVAL OF A FINAL PLAT FOR A
MINOR LAND PARTITION ON THE CORNER OF MAPLE AND SIXTH STREET
(Applicants: Eiven and Norma Kassell)

Recitals
1. Applicants have previously received a tentative plan
approval and have now submitted an application far final plat
approval for a minor land partition of a .36-acre parcel of land
located on the corner of Maple and Sixth Street in the City of
Central Point.
2. On September 6, 1994, the Planning Commission of the
City of Central Point reviewed said application for final plat
approval.
Now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CENTRAL POINT, OREGON, AS FOLLOWS:
Section I. The Planning Commission finds and determines
that the final plat is in substantial. conformance with the
approved tentative plan and the conditions placed on the approved
tentative plan, as well as all applicable ordinances and state
laws.
Section 2. Approval is hereby granted to the final plat
submitted herein for a minor land partition of a .36-~acre parcel
located on the corner of Sixth and Maple Street in the City of
Central Point, Oregon, subject to any applicable conditions
contained in the tentative plan approval. The Chairman of the
Planning Commission is hereby authori2ed and directed to sign the
final plat on behalf of the City.
