The Planning Commission further finds that the provisions of
Central Point Municipal Code 5.32.260, requiring one clothes
washing machine for each 15 mobile home spaces should not apply
to this development because of the large majority of mobile home
owners who have their own washing machines. The washing machine
requirement is waived pursuant to the authority granted the
Planning Commission in Central Point Municipal Code 5.32.500.
Section 3. Conditional Approval. The within application
for conditional use permit is hereby conditionally approved,
subject to the conditions set Earth on Exhibit "A", which is
attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein.
In addition to the conditions set forth on Exhibit "A",
applicant shall dedicate 10 feet of right-of-way on the western
boundary of applicant's property, adjacent to Freeman Road, for
the purpose of future widening of Freeman Road.
