FIFTH STREET (Applicant: Agent Ted Fletscher, far ~Tohn McCulloch) BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION DF THE CITY OF CENTRAL POINT, OREGON, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Nature of Application. Applicant proposes to build a covered parking structure over four parking spaces at the existing four-plex building at 250 N. Fifth Street, in an R-2 District. The City setback standard from the abutting alley is 20 feet. Applicant requests a variance to locate the structure 9'8" from the alley. Section 2. Findincrs. The Planning Commission finds that applicant has satisfied the requirements for variances set forth in CPMC 1'7.80.010. The Planning Commission hereby adapts the written findings submitted by applicant, the contents of the City Staff Report, and the testimony by applicant at the hearing. Section 3. Variance A roved.
